Using the Hit Fitness F100 Pro Straight Dip Station Attachment is easy. You can do dips, weighted dips to target your chest, shoulders, triceps, forearms, and lower back spinal erectors. Depending on the dip station’s height, you can also do pull-ups, push-ups, and reverse dips with or without added weight. For abdominal exercises, try leg raises and leg crunches. When using it, make sure to adjust it to a comfortable height for you. After each use, clean it with a damp cloth. Store it properly when not in use to keep it in good condition. Note that it only fits F100 Power Racks bought from 2024 onwards.
